Ingredients: Burdock root, dandelion root, nettle leaf, marshmallow root, red clover leaf and flower, alfalfa leaf, peppermint leaf, licorice root, ginger root and calendula flower.

Brewing instructions: 

Use 1 teaspoon (~3g) of tea for every 6oz of boiling water.

Let it steep for 4-6 minutes (5 minutes is just right).

Avoid boiling as it can make the tea taste bitter.
