Ingredients: Chamomile, rose petals, orange peel, oatstraw, lemon balm,  and lavender. 

Caffeine Free

Brewing instructions: 

Use 1 teaspoon (~3g) of tea for every 6oz of boiling water.

Let it steep for 4-6 minutes (5 minutes is just right).

Avoid boiling as it can make the tea taste bitter.

This is one of my favorite herbal tea. I have to have this in my tea collection all the time. I brew this tea when I want to relax usually at the end of the day.
I use my glass teapot so that I can see beautiful herbs and rose petals moving around in the water, soothing my mind.
I love having this tea with my lavender shortbread cookies.
